Installation

You will need to clone the GitHub repository into the directory of your choice:

git clone https://github.com/MICA-MNI/z-brains.git

External Dependencies

You will need to install some dependencies to run z-brains on your machine:

• ANTs 2.3.3 (https://github.com/ANTsX/ANTs)

• workbench 1.3.2 (https://www.humanconnectome.org/software/connectome-workbench)

• python > 3.7 (https://www.python.org/downloads/)

Please consult the requirements.txt for a list of python package dependencies.
